Actly it's a new baby... i mean my ipod video. juz last wk i couldn't switch it on. even lappie can't detect it when ipod's connected to it. so i went to call apple technical support on tue mar 20, 2007 to rpt my problem. then de lady chk w/ customer relations n said tt i can get my ipod replaced 4 free thou my warranty juz got expired by ard 1 mth. so i brought my baby to de nearest centre to get it replaced.
next morning, a lady fr de centre called n told me tt she can't chk fr her system tt i could get free replacement. so she gave me customer relations' email add n ask me to ask them to gimme my cs code. so when i came back home fr sch, instead of doing wat she said, i called back to de tech support coz i'm sure they'll haf a record of my problem ytd. then in tt case, y bother to send email n wait 4 a reply? tt's so inefficient. n indeed, they got de code, n they sent it to de lady's system. i gave a call back to de lady, n she told me she juz chk her system n got de code. see, isn't calling more efficient? y she din even bother to make tt call when she got my case no. i oso used tt case no. when calling tech support up.
aniwae, i got a new baby w/ another yr of warranty. shiok rite? yepz, gotta enjoy brand new ipod w/ extended warranty w/o having to pay extra! hahaha...
