2dae after searching 4 jobs & having sent my resumes, i went to bbdc to switch from learning auto to learning manual. This is really shitty, 4 i've to pay $10.50 as admin fee. But de problem is when i called ytd de lady over de phone said i dun haf to pay any fee, 4 i've yet 2 book anything. But aniwae, there's no use in crying over spilled milk...
I had wanted 2 take a lesson there, but i tot i shld go home & take a nap instead since i was quite tired. But u noe wat, i could hardly slp coz there's so many pple from job agencies calling me & asking me if i'm interested in certain jobs b4 they sent my resumes to their clients. This is gd. Hopefully i'm able to clinch a job soon. Really kinda broke now...
Yupz, lyk wat's stated on the heading, de san diego fellowship finally had a gathering @ geylang! As usual, i'm alwaz de "dua pai", alwaz de last 2 reach. In fact, i was late. But we went to eat beef hor fun, dao hue, & you cha kuay. It's really gd to be able to c them again. De guys were wearing tees & burms, as if they juz came from beach. But they said it's been hot since they've returned 2 s'pore. i was de oni 1 wearing long sleeves, & in fact, i felt hot too. But no choice, it's geylang tt we went!!! It doesn't lose anything to be on de safer side. After dinner, some went to xiaohan's pl to watch soccer while some went home.
It's really a tiring day, & i've been sneezing de whole day. Thx to my mum, fancy asking me to change de bedsheets despite knowing tt i've sensitive nose, tt i'll keep sneezing when there's dust. Hmm... beta slp early & buck up from tmr onwards!

I've finally made up my mind!!!
Yupz, finally made up my mind to learn driving after coming back from U.S. Opps, i 4got to mention tt i set off from san diego on Jun 12, 2006 @ 0650 san diego time, & returned to s'pore on Jun 14, 2006 @ 0100 s'pore time. i'll elaborate more on it when i wrote abt my holis in U.S. & de trips. 4 now, i shall tok on wat happened 2dae.
In fact, i've already made up my mind on learning driving when i was in U.S. After i've been there, i realized how impt it is to noe how to drive. De public transports there were not tt accessible, & most of de time i needed frenz to bring me to some places w/ their cars.
Aniwae, after going to recruit express, i went to bukit batok driving centre to apply 4 learning. I was @ a loss of dunno whether to choose manual or auto. Both de lady @ de info counter & 1 of de instructors, Dave, recommended me to learn auto since it's easier to learn. Besides, there's seldom any gal who needs to drive a van, bus, or taxi, so to them, no use in learning manual.
I really appreciated de help & eagerness of Dave in patiently explaining de procedures & stuff tt i'm not too sure abt. But come to tink of it, apparently he's chee-hong-ing coz he's too helpful. For instance, he told me tt there's supposed to be this tour ard de driving center in 5 mins' time when i was still having my application processed. Then he told me he'll be bringing me ard n explained de things to me instead. Hmm... hopefully i'm juz over-sensitive.
After tt, i went back to Datastream to do some catching up with Jessica, Linda, n Wendy. Thou they were bz, they still stopped wateva they were doing to chat w/ me. Really appreciated it. Too bad i can't go back to work coz they've gotten more than enuf pple - there's temp staff n intern. I oso felt upset tt there goes my $9/hr. Afterall, how many companies can afford to give de temp staff tt much $$?
Seemed lyk lotsa things happened over there. Paul, de finance director, has resigned, the company was juz bought over by another company, many old faces disappeared from the co. & new faces appeared, & de office is gonna shifted to anson rd. Luckily de Wendy, Jessica, & Linda were still as usual, bz lyk bees. Really had quite a long chat with them, & thx Linda 4 looking after my jacket 4 me when i was away.
After tt, i went to int'l plaza to patronize de recruitment agencies there. As usual, i took a lift all de way up to de 36th floor & walked down level by level to make sure tt i wun miss any agency there. Of cuz, @ de end of de day my feet were swollen, but tt's no choice.
I was chatting w/ Jason online, & had a really hard time persuading him to go fencing this coming thurs. When i told him abt learning driving, even he oso thought tt i shld learn manual. Afterall, i can drive both types if i learn manual. So, i went to call de driving center asking 4 de switch from auto to manual. De pple there asked me to bring a letter stating tt i wanna switch, & asked me to prepare 84 bucks as enrollment fee. They said tt they'll return me de $$ in cheque so there wun be double pmt. So funny & troublesome. But they said coz they'll take it as i enroll into de course as of de next day onwards when when de switch is made. But aniwae, dunno whether i can manage manual or not. & worse still, Jason juz brought me a news, saying tt bbdc has de lowest rate of having pple passing de 1st time. Haiz, tink i'm gonna be doomed this time round.
